FEATURING: KSM high school culinary students, UHMC culinary arts instructors
Kamehameha Schools Maui high school students participate in Hālau ‘o Kapikohānaiāmālama’s workplace certification program for Culinary Arts offered to juniors and seniors. The program is partnered with the University of Hawaiʻi Maui College. Upon completion, the students earn a Prep Cook Certification, a ServSafe Food Handler Certificate, and a Certificate of Professional Development. This video captures their final food preparations presented and served to their ʻohana, earning them their certificates of completion.
