Primo VIP is a luxury transportation company on Maui, offering a variety of private transfers islandwide with a professional, friendly & licensed staff. They were interested in freshening up their online presence by revamping their website. The original site used a domain that wasn’t consistent with the brand name or emails. The site was outdated, lacking a responsive design tailored to varying screen sizes. Customers couldn’t build & request a custom quote directly through the website. Information was pretty general & could’ve used more detail & clarification. Representatives spent much time explaining to customers over the phone when making arrangements.
They were ready for a modern website that would elevate their brand, provide clear information & smooth functionality for customers, and streamline the booking process.
FRONT PAGE
The front page provides company info, highlights transfer services, and directs users to detailed info pages to build a quote.
SERVICE PAGE
This is page describes each service type offered.
PRIVATE TOURS
This is an example of the detailed tour pages. Here we find helpful info such as tour duration, suggested items to bring, & itinerary.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
The airport transfers require additional information like flight info & luggage count. So these pages are a little different. The airport pickup procedure is also detailed.
BUILD A QUOTE
Users are able to build, adjust, & double check their request before submitting.
RESPONSIVE DESIGN
The entire site is designed & optimized for desktop, tablet, & mobile viewing.
QUOTE REQUESTS
Left: When customers request a quote, they immediately receive a confirmation email w/ their transfer details. They will receive their quote as a reply to this receipt.
Right: Once a customer submits a quote request, Primo VIP is instantly notified. They are able to see the transfer details & build a custom quote. When ready, they send a quote by replying to this request email. (We see $0 in this example because a quote hasn’t been built yet, only Primo VIP can see this.)
APPLY ONLINE
Potential drivers can easily apply directly through website. It is quick & convenient! Here they can provide all the necessary information Primo VIP needs. After reviewing the application, the company is able to reply directly to applicant by email. The company can store applications online as well for future openings.
